Annual Report time

Time is ticking - can you still get your Annual Report out on time?

If your financial year or calendar year has closed, the clock is already running. A good rule of thumb? Aim to publish within two months of the reporting period’s end. But if your report is running late, don’t panic - ask the right questions:

✅ Who isn’t contributing - and did they get the right support?
✅ Did leadership back the report as a priority?
✅ Was the communications team resourced to deliver on time?
✅ Did the project lead ensure quality visuals and storytelling to authentically represent impact?

Annual Reports aren’t just a compliance requirement - they’re an organisation’s corporate memory. Done well, they capture achievements, impact, and strategy in a way that ensures your story is picked up, shared, and remembered.

I’ve delivered more than 20 Annual Reports across sectors, so if you need a reporting process that runs smoothly (without a ‘tools-down’ impost on your team), let’s talk.
